Do I need to buy special glass bottles to use this, or will it work in the plastic pots my paints already come in?

No need to transfer your paints! It works perfectly in almost any non-metallic container, including plastic, glass, or resin. The magnetic field passes straight through. It easily handles everything from tiny 15ml dropper bottles (like Vallejo) up to pint-sized jars. The only limitation is metal tins or cans, as the metal blocks the magnetic coupling.

Walk me through how to get the little metal bar out. I'm worried it'll be incredibly messy to fish out of the paint.
